Where do you ship to?
We ship to the following states within the United States: CA, FL, GA, NJ, NY, TX, AZ, SC, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, OR, WI, AL, AK, CO, DC, HI, ME, MA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, PA, TN, VT, WA, WY.
However, should you require shipping to a state not mentioned above (CT, IL, LA, MI, MT, NC, OH, SD, VA, WV), please reach out to us at taste@impreziv.com, and we may be able to accommodate depending on the timeline and state.
Restricted States: Due to various state laws, IMPREZIV cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah. Please reach out to taste@impreziv.com for any inquiries.
Do you ship out of the USA?
No, currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.
What if I have issues checking out?
If you experience any difficulty during your checkout process, be sure to:
1. (If you already have an account) log in using the same email you used when joining our mailing list
2. Verify your name and billing address match the credit card you have on file
3. Ensure your shipping address conforms to the alcohol shipping laws which must comply.
4. Make sure all of your info is entered correctly, such as billing and shipping address, telephone number, payment method, and account password.

When should I expect to be charged for my shipment?
Your card on file will be charged when your release is shipped out.
Now that I have been charged, when should I expect delivery of my shipment?
For most of the west coast, your wine should be delivered about 2 business days later. For shipments to the east coast, wine shipments should be expected for delivery between 5-10 business days later.
How will I know the status of my wine once it’s shipped?
When your release is shipped, you will receive an emails with the tracking information of your shipment.
